Challenge:
The parking garage project at the Sheraton Tara Hotel in Framingham, MA involved many aspects of the restoration process, including removal of masonry units, sidewalks and concrete side walls, topping slabs and precast panels.

The Alpha Weatherproofing Solution:
Alpha completed the restoration of this large parking garage as follows:

• Precast panels were removed and replaced with new units as needed.
• Rebar was replaced and concrete was formed and poured for new sidewalks, side walls and topping slabs.
• This project also included painting of structural steel, sealants, drains and a new non skid traffic deck coating.
