123 Sewall Avenue Condominiums Location: Brookline, MA

Project Overview:

Built in 1970, the concrete and brick low-rise condominium building at 123 Sewall Avenue in Brookline required extensive restoration and repair of the unit Owner balconies and plaza area.

The Alpha Weatherproofing Team successfully restored each individual balcony, as follows:

• Removed each concrete topping slab
• Performed concrete repairs to the hollow core planks beneath each slab
• Installed new concrete topping slab
• Fabricated and installed new aluminum handrails around each balcony
• Installed a new urethane traffic coating system on each balcony and common area plaza
• Fabricated and installed new metal fascia around each balcony
