North Shore Condo Community – MA

Our team is performing masonry restoration for this North Shore condominum community. As part of the scope, we’re replacing all lintels at the sliders, doors, and windows.

We’re also installing new flashing and waterproofing of those openings to prevent future issues.

We’re addressing cracked brick and step cracks, and repointing areas with failed mortar joints to restore both structural integrity and appearance.
